What it does
One pass per visit, one scan at the gate, one record for management.
QR visitor passes
Owners, family members, operators and their staff create passes with name, phone, purpose and valid dates. Walk-in passes by the guard if management allows it.
Identity verification
Visitors verify with eKYC and an NRIC or passport photo before the pass is valid. Guards can re-take the ID at the gate; the security copy wins.
Guard scanning app
One screen: scan, see the visitor, phone, unit and purpose, admit or refuse. Works on any phone, no app store.
WhatsApp bot
Owners issue passes by chatting with the building number. The pass goes back to the owner, or straight to the visitor. Free either way.
Blacklist
Building-level and platform-level blacklists that stop a pass being issued to a name, ID or phone that caused trouble before.
Owners, operators, guards, management
Owners invite operators; operators bring their staff. Management approves who can issue passes and sees everything.

Is it really free?
Yes. Passes, guard scanning, eKYC and the WhatsApp bot are free for everyone. We only quote for integration work with a building's existing access system.
Do guards need special hardware?
No. The guard app runs in the browser on any phone with a camera.
Can visitors get their pass on WhatsApp?
Yes. The owner issues the pass by chatting with the building number, and it goes to the owner or straight to the visitor.
