Channel manager
Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com and Ctrip plus your own direct booking site. Rates, availability and stay restrictions go out; reservations come back into one ledger.
Rates & availability
Base, per-weekday and seasonal rates, minimum-price floors, dynamic and same-day rules. Every stay date keeps a rate snapshot for audit.
Self check-in & smart locks
Guests get a code that only works for their stay. Identity verification with document capture and OCR before the door opens.
AI guest replies
AntlerChat answers WhatsApp enquiries around the clock in the guest's language, quotes availability and hands over to a person when it should.
Housekeeping & turnover
Turnover state per unit from checkout to ready-to-sell, cleaning schedules driven by the calendar, maintenance flags that hold a unit back.
Deposits & payments
Card, FPX, e-wallets and Apple Pay through Stripe and Xendit. Deposits held, released or forfeited with the accounting entries written for you.

Prices in Malaysian Ringgit, before SST. Billed in credits: each unit uses 10 credits a month, and the credit price follows your total unit count. Payment gateway fees are charged by the gateway at their published rates.
Questions
How do credits work?
You top up credits, and every active unit uses 10 credits a month. Under 100 units, 10 credits cost RM 1.50; above 100 units RM 1.00; above 500 units RM 0.80. Credits never expire.
Do I need to leave my current channel manager?
Yes, one system must own the calendar. We run the switch on a date you pick, with your existing bookings imported first.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Stripe and Xendit for Malaysia: cards, FPX, e-wallets and Apple Pay. You connect your own gateway accounts, so money goes straight to you.
Can my owners see their numbers?
Each owner gets a login to the owner portal with bookings, occupancy, expenses and the monthly statement. You decide what is visible.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel any time.
