Owners keep their pets, vaccines, feeding and medicine notes in one place, so you see them before check-in.
Handover and agreements
Check-in and check-out handover with photos and the owner signature, on a tablet at the counter or by link.
Daily updates
A daily care checklist and photo updates the owner can see while their pet is with you.
Reviews that count
Only owners who actually stayed can review, so good hotels rise on the booking page.
Branches and staff
Run several branches from one account, each with its own rooms; give staff their own logins.

Questions
Is listing really free?
Yes. There is no monthly fee to be on AntlerPet. We take 10% of stays booked and paid online, with a minimum of RM 10 a booking.
What is not charged?
Grooming, products, and any booking you enter yourself in the back office. Only online stay bookings carry the 10%.
How do I get paid?
You connect your own Stripe account. Owners pay online and the money goes to your Stripe; our commission is taken from each online stay booking.
Do I need POS?
Only if you sell at the counter, or want grooming packages and memberships. POS is RM 450 a month, or RM 350 a month paid yearly.
Who can open a hotel?
Any registered business. You upload your SSM, a signboard photo and a few photos of the inside, and we approve it before it goes live.
