What it does
The counter, the stock room and the books, without three different systems.
Fast checkout
Product grid, search or barcode scan, a cart, and done. Hold an order and come back to it.
Any way they pay
Cash with change worked out, TNG, card or other, marked by the cashier.
Receipts and refunds
Print, email or WhatsApp the receipt. Refunds and returns are recorded against the original sale.
Products, services, stock
Stock per branch, stock in, counts and adjustments, each change logged with who and why.
Packages and memberships
Sell grooming or service packages and track what is left; reward regulars with memberships.
Members at the counter
Scan the customer QR to find them and their history in seconds.
Branches and passwords
Each branch has its own password, entered once a day when the shop opens. The screen locks when idle.
Staff permissions
Choose who can sell and who can refund. The owner can always do both.
Bukku sync
Optional: products, sales, stock-in and refunds go to your own Bukku, each branch as its own location.

Questions
Is POS only for pet businesses?
No. It started with pet hotels and pet shops, so it comes with a pet-shop template, but it is built for any counter. Other shop types are coming.
Do I need Bukku?
No. POS works on its own. If you use Bukku, connect your own account and the sales, stock-in and refunds are sent there for your accounts.
Can I take card payments on the tablet?
Not yet. Today the cashier marks how the customer paid (cash, TNG, card or other). Tap-to-pay on iPhone is planned.
Do grooming packages and memberships cost extra?
No. They come with POS.
