What we do
Everything between the keys and the listing.
Interior design
Space planning, 3D visuals and a materials board, in one of eight themes or your own brief. The consult fee comes off the job.
Renovation
Flooring, painting, plaster ceilings, wet works, wiring, plumbing and carpentry with our own crews and licensed trades.
Homestay setup packages
Furniture, appliances, linens, kitchenware and decor bought, delivered and placed. Handed over photographed and ready to list.
Shop & sourcing
Curtains, blinds, wardrobes and more from our shop with a size-based price calculator, plus Taobao and Tmall sourcing through our browser extension.
Smart door included
A smart lock installed free with every homestay setup package, wired to AntlerHub for self check-in from day one.
Quote you can print
A three-step online quote produces a numbered quotation you can print, share on WhatsApp and sign off.

Aftercare
Defects fixed within the warranty period by the same team, and Handyman on call afterwards.

We measure, photograph and talk through the market the unit will serve.

Design & quote
Layout, visuals and an itemised quotation. Revise until it is right; the consult fee is deducted.

Build, furnish, hand over
30% deposit to start, milestones after. You get the keys back with the unit photographed and listed.

Questions
How long does a homestay setup take?
Two to three weeks from deposit for a furnished setup; six to ten weeks for a full renovation, depending on building approvals.
Can I buy the furniture myself?
Yes. Our shop and the Taobao sourcing tool build a budget you can hand to us or order yourself; we still place and style it.
Do you work outside Johor Bahru?
Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri and the surrounding districts. Ask about other areas for building-wide projects.
