What we fix
The jobs a short-stay unit throws at you, handled by people who do them every week.
Aircond servicing
Chemical wash, gas top-up, leaks and noise. Scheduled servicing for whole buildings at a per-unit rate.
Plumbing
Leaking taps, blocked drains, water heaters, toilet flush systems, pipe replacement.
Electrical
Sockets, switches, lighting, trip resets, fan and heater installation by a licensed electrician.
Locks & doors
Smart lock installation and battery swaps, door closers, hinges, cylinder replacement.
Appliances & furniture
Washing machines, fridges, TVs, beds, wardrobes and blinds: repair where it makes sense, replace when it does not.
Touch-ups
Wall patching and painting, silicone resealing, tile and grout repairs between guests.
Every job in the system
Requests come in from AntlerHub, Cleanlemons, Coliving or WhatsApp; you get a job number, the assigned technician and photo proof.
Maintenance plans
A monthly inspection per unit with the small fixes done on the spot, so the big ones stop happening.
Itemised invoices
Parts and labour listed separately, paid online, pushed to your accounting if you run on AntlerHub.

Questions
Can I use Handyman without AntlerHub?
No. Jobs, photos and costs live inside AntlerHub, so the plan is only offered to AntlerHub operators. AntlerHub starts at RM 1.50 per unit per month.
Is RM 500 per unit?
No. RM 500 a month covers every unit you run on AntlerHub, however many, with unlimited call-outs.
What about parts?
Parts and materials are charged at cost. The receipt is attached to the job so you and the owner can see exactly what was bought.
