Questions
Which channels are supported?
WhatsApp Business (Cloud API), Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and the website widget. Xiaohongshu is in progress.
Does the AI answer in Chinese and Malay?
Yes. It replies in the language the customer wrote in: English, Chinese, Malay and more, and templates follow the same rule.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. The number is registered on the WhatsApp Cloud API under your own Meta business. It leaves the phone app, and lives in the inbox instead.
Do I need AntlerHub?
No. AntlerChat runs on its own for any business. AntlerHub operators get it linked to bookings out of the box.
